多药滥用对女性海洛因依赖者月经周期影响的调查

摘　　要：目的调查多药滥用对女性海洛因依赖者月经周期的影响。方法选择100例强制戒毒的女性海洛因依赖者,采用自制调查表进行吸毒前、后月经周期紊乱及脱毒治疗后月经周期改善的调查,并与结果作自身对照分析。结果吸毒前月经周期紊乱6例,吸毒后紊乱72例,前后比较有差异显著性(P<0.05);脱毒治疗后,72例月经周期紊乱者全部恢复正常,其中单纯烫吸者恢复较快,烫吸、肌肉及静脉注射混合者恢复较慢,2组比较(P<0.05)有显著性差异。结论多药滥用能引起女性海洛因依赖者月经周期的紊乱,脱毒治疗后6个月内月经周期可全部恢复正常。Objective To survey the impact of drug abuse menstrual cycle of female heroin addicts. Methods 100 female heroin addicts receiving compulsory drug abuse abstinence were surveyed by filling in self- made questionaire forms concerning menstrual cycle disorder before and after drug use and the improvement of menstrual cycle after receiving detoxification treatment. The resuits were comparatively analyzed. Results There 6 and 72 female participants had menstrual cycle disorder before and after drug abuse ,showing significant difference （ P 〈 0.05） ; The menstrual cycle of the 72 drug addicts returned to normal after treatment. It was observed the snorting or smoking abusers were recovered fast, while those both use the drug by injection and snorting were recovered slowly, showing dignificant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Multiple drug abuse can result in menstrual cycle disorder in the females heroin addicts and the menstrual cycle may returned to normal six months after receiving detoxification treatment.
