摘　　要：目的从凉血和活血中药对银屑病患者进行期和静止期血清中细胞因子影响,探讨中医“血分论治”银屑病的作用机理。方法观察40例寻常性银屑病患者(进行期、静止期)白介素(IL)-2、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、IL-4,IL-6细胞因子变化,以及凉血和活血中药对其干预作用。结果发现治疗前进行期(血热证)与静止期(血瘀证)之间,在细胞因子中存在差异。治疗后清热凉血方能降低IL-2、IFN-γ水平。益气活血方能降低IL-4、IL-6水平。结论中医“血分论治”通过对IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6细胞因子影响,从而起到调节免疫作用。Objective To investigate effects of TCM Blood-cooling and Hemo-activating（B＆H） Formula therapy on the cytokine variation in serum of psoriasis patients in different periods. To investigate the mechanism of psoriasis Chinese hemo-modulating therapy. Methods 40 psoriasis vulgaris patients were observed （active period, quiescent period）, and Energy-reforcing and Stasis-removing （E＆S） Formula were taken. The expression of interleukin（IL）-2, interferon-gamma（IFN- γ）, IL-4 and IL-6 of each group were detected before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the expression of cytokines shown differences in the active period group and the silent period group. After treatment, the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γof each group was decreased by B＆H Formula, and the expression of IL-4 and IL-6 of each group was decreased by E＆S Formula. Conclusion The traditional Chinese hemo-modulating therapies could effectively modulate the expression of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-6 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
