摘  要:研制开发了真空熔炼/保护气氛下拉式热型连铸技术和设备,该技术与设备适用于液态氧化、吸气严重或含有易氧化烧损的合金元素的各种金属棒材的近终形加工制备。所生产的金属棒材具有单向连续柱状晶组织,表面光亮、组织致密、塑性优异。在室温下对!8mm的Al-1%Si合金棒材进行拉拔加工,不需任何中间退火,可直接制备出线径为20!m的的超细丝材,其伸长倍数达16万倍,为金属微细丝的制备提供了新的方法和途径。The downward Ohno continuous casting technique and equipnent in vacuum melting protection atmosphere have been developed and the process is suitable for metals which is oxidized and absorbs gas seriously ,or is consist of components easily combusting.It belongs to near-net-sharp equipnents for rods and wires of metals. Smooth surface and compact structure bars with unidirectional continuous columnar were obtained and the plasticity of the bar is very excellent. The A1-1%Si alloy rod of φ8 mm can be drawn to ultra-fine wires of φ20 μm at room temperature without any heat treatments ,that is, the elongation multiple is as high as 160 000.This equipnemt can be used to provide new methods for the production of ultra-fine wires.
