摘 要:目的 探讨改进的三袖套法大鼠原位肝移植术的效果。方法 56只成年健康Wistar封闭群大鼠,供受体各28只,采用受体肝分步切除的三袖套法行大鼠原位肝移植术。供肝置入时先不切除受体肝,而是在吻合血管的过程中分步切除受体肝。结果 本组行大鼠原位肝移植28例,无肝期平均11.2(7-13)min,手术成功率92.9%(26/28)。死亡2例,1例死于出血,1例因肝上下腔静脉套管扭曲、脱落死亡。1周存活率82.1%(23/28)。结论 采用受体肝分步切除的三袖套法行大鼠原位肝移植术,可缩短无肝期,提高术后存活率。Objective To develop an advanced tri-cuff technique orthotopic liver transplantation model in rats. Methods There are 56 Wistar rats included 28 of receptors and 28 of donators. Tri-cuff technique orthotopic liver transplantation was performed. The recipient's liver was kept in situ at the moment when the donor's liver was set in position, then along with the process of each vascular anastomosis, native liver was gradually removed from recipient. Results 28 rats received orthotopic liver trasplantation. This method greatly shortened the anhepatic phase ( 11.2 minutes for the mean time), simplified the manipulation. The operative successful rate was 92.9%. 2 rats died. Survival rate of 1 week was 82.1%. Conclusion This model could be used as an effective measure with shortening anhepatic phase and increasing survival rate for the study of liver transplantation in rats.
