摘　　要：目的探讨成批特重烧伤合并冲击伤的诊断及治疗方法。方法总结和分析一批16例特重烧伤伴肺冲击伤患者的临床资料。结果15例患者在伤后7d内出现肺冲击伤表现,5例并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征,全部并发肺部感染。14例治愈,2例死亡。结论本组患者肺冲击伤的临床表现迟,症状重,胸部X线表现多样。治疗上重点防治多器官功能障碍的发生,采取机械通气、控制感染、改善微循环、保护重要脏器功能等措施都是有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment methods of a batch of extensive burn combined with burst injury of lung. Methods Clinical data of 16 cases of extensive burn combined with burst injury of lung were summarized and analyzed. Results After injury, 15 cases were combinod with burst injury of lung within seven days and five with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Of all, 14 cases were cured but two died. Conclusions Burst injury of lung in extensive burn is characterized by delayed clinical manifestation, severe symptoms and multiple X-ray manifestations. The effective treatment methods for burst injury of lung in extensive burn include preventing and treating multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, taking mechanical ventilation, improving microcireulation, controlling infections and protect important organ function.
