滚针对非器质性慢性失眠症患者生活质量的影响:随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨滚针治疗失眠症的疗效及规范治疗方案。方法：采用多中心随机盲法对照试验，180名患者随机分成滚针组和药物组各90例。滚针组在背部足太阳膀胱经一、二侧线及督脉实施滚针治疗；药物组给予氯硝安定4～6mg，疗程均为4周。以睡眠障碍改善的有效率与Spitzer生活质量指数评分进行疗效评估，分别在治疗结束后及3个月随访后评价。结果：治疗后滚针组有效率为82．2％，药物组为60．0％，两组问比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；两组Spitzer的生活质量指数评分比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。3个月随访滚针组与药物组有效率分别为40．0％、30．3％，组间比较（P〉0．05）；两组Spitzer的生活质量指数评分差异仍有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：滚针疗法能够通过调整人体内环境平衡而治疗慢性失眠症，提高患者的生活质量；滚针也是一种可以推广运用的针灸临床治疗新型器具。Objective To probe therapeutic effect of rolling needle therapy on insomnia and standardize the therapeutic program. Methods Multi-central randomized blind controlled trials were used, and 180 cases were randomly divided into a rolling needle group and a medication group, 90 cases in each group. The rolling needle group were treated with rolling needle therapy at the Urinary Bladder Channel line 1 and 2 at the back and the Governor Vessel, and the medication group with clonopin 4 -6 mg, for 4 weeks. Effective rates for sleep disturbance improvement and Spitzer index of life quality were evaluated after 4 weeks＇ treatment and 3 months＇ follow-up. Results The effective rate was 82.2% in the rolling needle group and 60.0% in the medication group with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, and with a significant difference between the two groups in Spitzer index of life quality （P〈0.05）. After 3 months＇ follow-up, the effective rate was 40. 0% in the rolling needle group and 30. 3% in the medication group with no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0, 05）, and there was a significant difference between the two groups in Spitzer index of life quality. Conclusion Rolling needle therapy can treat chronic insomnia and increase life quality of the patient.
