摘  要:研究了不同热处理工艺对一种镍基单晶高温合金的组织和持久性能的影响。结果表明:固溶处理时间越长,合金中的γ′相尺寸越均匀,有利于合金持久性能的提高。1080℃,4h和1150℃,4h时效后空冷获得的γ′相具有尺寸适合、立方度高的特点。2种时效处理对合金中温高应力的持久性能影响不明显,在高温低应力下,经1080℃时效处理的持久寿命略长。The effects of heat treatment on the microstructures and stress rupture properties for the single crystal Ni-base superalloy have been investigated. The results show that the longer the solution treatment time is, the more homogenous the size of γ′ phase is, resulting in the improvement of their stress rupture properties. The moderate size of cubic γ′ phase can be obtained by ageing at 1080℃ for 4 h and at 1150℃ for 4 h. The rupture life of the alloy treated at 1080℃ for 4 h is longer than that at 1150℃ for 4 h at high temperature and low stress, but no obvious difference for the alloy treated by the two aging conditions at moderate temperature and high stress.
