摘 要:研究确定了铝合金电磁力定量浇注计算及控制模型,通过试验研究和数学拟合,建立了流量与电流关系,定量浇注控制方法,优化输送系统及升液系统,并针对实际挤压成型件进行试验验证。研究表明,铝合金电磁力浇注定量精度高,可以控制在±2%范围内,是一种先进的定量浇注技术。The paper is to study electromagnetic power quantitative pouring calculation and control model for aluminum alloy. The relationship formula between flux and the current has been established with the experiment and mathematical fit. The quantitative pouring control method has been studied. Also the feeding and liquid rising system have been optimized. An actual squeeze casting has been used to validate the correctness of the model. The study is proved that the quantitative controlling precision can be attained 2 %. The electromagnetic power quantitative pouring is an advanced technology because of the good and reliable precision.
