摘　　要：介绍了油回火弹簧钢丝的力学性能,给出了油回火弹簧钢丝感应加热生产工艺流程及系统组成,简述了系统各部分的技术功能及特点。通过中频及超音频电源感应加热的方式,实现了油回火弹簧钢丝的连续生产,并在工业生产中到了很好应用。The mechanical properties of oil hardening and tempering spring wire were introducer in this paper, The process and system constitutes for spring wire with induction heating were proposed, The operation principle of this system was also discussed. Based on middle and supersonic frequency induction heating power supply, The continuous produce of spring wire was realized and has been applied in industry.
