摘　　要：以烟酸为原料,经酯化、缩合、Willgerogt-Kinndler反应,水解合成了骨吸收抑制剂利塞膦酸钠的中间体3-吡啶乙酸盐酸盐。该方法反应条件温和,原料价廉易得,适合工业化生产,操作简便,总收率为58%。An intermediate of bone resorption inhibitor fisedronate sodium,3-pyridine acetic acid hydrochloride was synthesized from nicotic acid via esterfication, condensation, Willgerodt-Kinndler reaction and hydrolysis. The reaction condition of this method was mild and all raw materials were easily available and cheap. It was simple and suitable for industrialization. The overall yield was 58%.
