摘　　要：以二甲胺为原料,经4步反应得到标题化合物。其中还原反应改用甲酸铵作为供氢体,钯催化,可在常温常压下还原硝基,操作简便。其结构经氢谱、红外光谱确证。4- （ 2- （ 2- （ Dimethylamino ）-2-oxoethoxy ）-2-oxoethyl ） pheny1-4-aminobenzoate, the intermediate of camostat, was obtained at room temperature and normal pressure with dimethylamine as the starting materials through 4 reaction steps to reduce the nitro group with ammonium formate as the hydrogen donor and palladium as the catalyst. The structure has been confirmed by FT-IR and ^1HNMR spectra.
