摘  要:为了探讨抗精浆免疫抑制物抗体(SPIM-Ab)的抗生育机理,对100例不育症患者和30例正常对照进行了SPIM-Ab的补体结合功能测定(CFA)和SPIM-Ab对精子凝集、制动、穿透力和杀精子影响的研究。结果:SPIM-Ab阳性不育患者(n=29)CFA值为6.47±1.55kU/L,明显低于SPIM-Ab阴性患者(n=71,8.11±1.62kU/L)和对照组(n=30,8.60±1.80kU/L),P<0.01。经SPIM-Ab阳性血清和SPIM-Ab阴性血清作用后,两组精子凝集,制动和死精子百分率分别为41.4%、21.1%,69.0%、16.9%,62.1%、4.2%,精子穿透高度分别为31.6±13.0mm、38.0±12.9mm,有显著性差异(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:SPIM-Ab能够以抗原抗体复合物形式激活补体,对精子凝集、制动、杀伤和穿透力的影响是干扰生育的重要原因之一。To study the antifertility pathogenetic mechanism of antiseminal plasma inhibition material antibodies(SPIM-Ab),studies on complement fixation assay (CFA)of SPIM-Ab and effects of the latter upon sperm agglutination and mobility, sperm penetration ability and upon its sperm killing effect were caried out in 100 infertile males and in 30 normal controls, The level of CFA in infertile patients with positive SPIM-Ab(n=29,6.47 ±1. 55 kU/L)wars significantly lower than these with negative SPIM-Ab(n=71,8. 11 ±1. 62 kU/L), P<0.01 and also the controls(n=30,8.60 ±1.80kU/L), P<0.01.After acting by the SPIM-Ab positive serum, the positive rates of sperm agglutination, immobility and dead sperm were 41. 4%, 69. 0% and 62. 1% respectively while those were 21. 1%, 16. 9% and 4.296 when acting by SPIM-Ab negative serum.The sperm penetration height was 31.6 ±13. 0mm in the former group and 38.0±12. 9mm in the latter group. All these were significantly different between the SPIM-Ab positive and the SPIM-Ab negative groups(P<0.05~p<0.01). It was concluded that SPIM-Ab was able to effect sperm agglutination,mobility and penetration ability and there was a sperm killing effect. SPIM-Ab was therefore one of the important factors that might cause infertility in male.
