真菌过敏性哮喘患者嗜碱粒细胞释放能力和总IgE的观察

摘　　要：选择２８例真菌性哮喘患者，以５０例正常人为对照，应用逆向人嗜碱粒细胞脱颗粒实验检测嗜碱粒细胞释放能力，应用免疫放射法测定血清总ＩｇＥ。结果显示，过敏性哮喘患者嗜碱粒细胞释放能力和血清总ＩｇＥ显著高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．００５）。真菌变应原脱敏１年后，过敏性哮喘患者的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力和血清总ＩｇＥ均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．００１），但两者之间无显著相关性。提示真菌变应原脱敏具有稳定嗜碱粒细胞的功能和调节ＩｇＥ合成的作用。Eight cases of rare type multiple myeloma were analyzed. Three of them were non-M-component type, which can be subdivided into non-producing type (1 cas) and producing non-secreting type(2 cases). The serum total protein in the case-of non-producing type is 46g/L and globulin 10g/L while immunoglobulins were decreased and BJP negative. Igs can be not demonstrated in the plasma cells. The serum total protein and serum Igs in the two cases of producing non-secreting type are low with BJP negative. There is IgG in their plasma cells with K chain in one and A in the other. In other five cases with polyclonal Mprotein, total protein is remarkably high (80-126g/L ) with reversal of the albumin globulin(A/G) ,of which 2 cases are of IgG-IgM-BJP type . 1 case is of IgG-IgM type and 2 cases are of IgG-IgA-BJP type.
