获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者念珠菌食管炎的X线表现特点

摘　　要：念珠菌食管炎是获得性免疫缺陷综合征常见的消化道并发症，认识其临床和Ｘ线表现特点，对该病的早期诊断有重要意义。分析获得性免疫缺陷综合征念珠菌食管炎６例的临床表现，主要是常合并口咽部急性假膜性念珠菌病，常规和双重对比食管造影示该病Ｘ线表现特点是食管轮廓不规则，粘膜粗糙、紊乱，呈现“杂草丛生”状。Twenty two patients with meningioma confirmed by excision were reported. 11 of them were performed embolization of external carotid artery after catheterization and then underwent meningioma resection within the next week. The other 11 cases were only performed meningioma excision. A comparative study of this two group showed that there was less operative hemorrhage, field of operation was clear and tumor was easily removed and excision ,recurrence rate of postoperation was lower in the former group. Thus, effective embolization of external carotid artery was an effective method for controlling operative hemorrhage.
