摘　　要：红毛五加多糖(150～250mg.kg^(-1).d^(-1)×7,ip)可明显降低四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺、强的松龙和D氨基半乳糖引起的小鼠血清ALT.AST的升高,对体外温孵血清ALT活性却无明显降低作用。The experimental data indicated that AGP at doses of 150-250mg· kg-1 ip, once daily for 7d, significantly inhibited the elevation of serum ALT and AST incc/4 and thioacetamide. intoxicate mice. AGP was also found to be capable of lowering the elevation of serum ALT and AST induced by prednisolone and D?galactosamine in mice. AGP showed no direcdt inhibitory action on serum ALT activity in vitro. These results suggest that AGP has protective action against liver injury.
