摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症初次手术治疗后四周伤口瘢痕还不牢固,此期内行再次手术易解剖分离,术中出血少,且可避免神经长期受压发生粘连或变性,效果好。因此,对腰椎间盘突出症初次手术治疗效果不佳者,应早做检查分析,需再次手术治疗者应争取在四周内进行。尤其是对初次手术后症状急剧加重,甚至出现扩约肌功能障碍者,更要争分夺秒,及时诊治。Whithin 4 weeks past of first operation of lumbar disc herniation, weeker scar and little beleeding makes it earsier to dissect and avoid compressed nerve root becoming adhesion and degenerationAuthors considered that: secondary operation should be performed whithin 4 weeks for cases that first operation result was not so good and as earlier as you can for cases that sciatica becomes more sever or cauda equina syndrom oppears.
