金水宝胶囊与泽黄颗粒合用治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察泽黄颗粒(ZHG)与金水宝胶囊(JSB)合用对糖尿病肾病(DN)尿蛋白、肾功能及临床症状疗效,探讨DN临床中药治疗方案。方法:68例DN患者随机分为ZHG与JSB合用治疗组36例与西药对照组32例,观察患者治疗前后尿蛋白、Bun、Scr及伴随症状变化。结果:观察组患者尿蛋白明显降低,Bun、Scr水平下降,Hb水平提高,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);伴随症状(全身乏力、双下肢浮肿、腰膝酸软、怕冷易外感)明显减轻,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:ZHG与JSB合用能降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能;有效调节机体功能状态,缓解DN水肿、体虚等症状。Objective： To observe the treatment effect of Diabetic Nephropathy （DN） with Ze-huang granule （ZHG） and Jin-shui-bao Capsules （JSB）, and provide the of clinical treatment on DN. Methods： 68 DN patients were divided randomized by the group of ZHG and JSB with 36 case and the comparation group with 32 case cured by west medicine. The levels of, Bun, Scr and hemodynamic consideration is measured between groups, Clinical symdroms on DN is observed. It is that the curative effective on DN with Ze-huang granule is verflied. Results： the levels of FBS,Bun and HbAIC was comparably controlled （ P 〉 0. 05）, the level of Scr were significantly decmsed （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the hemodynamic considerayion were improved （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01）, The symdrom of edema, lassitude in loins, feelessness in limbs are significantly removed compared with the comparation group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclufion： The symdrom of edema is removed, level of urinary protein were reduced, adjusted hemodynamic considerayion, and im- proved renal fuction, reflectively, With ZHG.
