摘 要:目的:建立青刺尖的质量标准。方法:采用生药学方法对青刺尖进行鉴定。并建立了青刺尖中熊果酸薄层色谱鉴别和高效液相色谱含量测定方法。结果:通过薄层色谱可鉴别青刺尖中的熊果酸;采用HPLC测定熊果酸的含量,在0.405-16.2,ug范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率100.0%,RSD=1.76%。结论:该方法准确可靠地进行定性、定量检测,能有效评价青刺尖的质量。Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Folium Prinsepia. Methods: Prinsepia utilis Royle was identified by systematic identification of pharmacognosy. Ursolic acid was isolated by TLC. The content of Ursolic acid in Folium Prinsepia was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic separation was performed on a ODS column (250 × 4. 6 mm, 5μm). Methanol - 0.2%Ammonium acetate (87: 13) as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results: Ursolic acid could be identified by TLC. Ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.405-16.2μg, r=0.9995, the average recovery was 100. 0%, and RSD was 1.76% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate with the good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Prinsepia utilis.
