药物对清醒无拘束豚鼠气道反应性的影响

摘　　要：在清醒无拘束豚鼠，观察药物对组胺气雾剂气道反应性的作用．证明速激肽拮抗剂ＣＰ－９６３４５和ＳＲ－—４８９６８、汉防己甲素降低组胺气道反应性的作用，并表明氨茶碱、沙丁胺醇、扑尔敏也能降低气道反应性，普萘洛尔则增高气道反应性，地塞米松对气道反应性影响不显著．We observed the effects of drugs on airway responsiveness to histamine aerosolwith a determining system in unrestrained conscious guinea pigs. It wag demonstrated that CP-96345 and SR-48968, the specific antagoists of tachykinin receptors and tetrandrine,attenated airway responsiveness. Our results also showed that aminophylline, salbutamol, chlorpheniraninedecreased the responsiveness to histamine, prooranolol increased the responsiveness to histamineand dexamethasone did not change the responsiveness to histamine.
