28例桡骨远端Barton骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨应用切开复位T形钛金属接骨板或结合螺钉、克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端Barton骨折的临床疗效。方法对2002年8月至2005年6月收治的28例Barton骨折的病人,采用切开复位T形钛金属接骨板或结合螺钉、克氏针内固定,术后进行早期功能锻炼。结果所有病人均达到骨性愈合,无伤口感染、骨不连及内固定物断裂、脱出等并发症。根据改良G reen and O′B rien临床评定标准综合评定,优20例,良8例。结论对于手法复位失败的桡骨远端Barton骨折采用切开复位T形钛金属接骨板或结合螺钉、克氏针内固定可获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To research the clinical efficacy of treatment on opening-reduction Barton fracture of radius by using T-shape Titanium bone plates, binding screws or Kirschner wires as internal fixations. Methods Among 28 cases（ collecting from August 2002 to June 2005 ）, 6 were backwards and 22 were forwards, all patients were cured by opening-reductioning the distal fracture of the radius by using T-shape Titanium bone plates, binding screws or Kirschner wires as internal fixations, then taking CMP after the operations. Results All cases were fellowed up and healed without complications of wound infection, bone disunion, internal material aparted or dislocated. According to clinical assess standards of advanced Green and O＇ Brien,20 cases were well, 8 were good. Conclusion For the Barton fracture of radius what failed to cure by manual reposition, the opening reduction by using T-shape Titanium bone plates , binding screws or Kirschner wires as internal fixation can get good result.
