摘 要:为解决ZL30H轮式装载机前车架上五组孔系的加工问题,自行设计制造了五孔镗组合机床。镗削动力头采用了普通车床的床头箱,主轴转速调节范围大,刮削端面性能良好。各动力头采用叠加方式布置,在一定范围内可重新调整其相对位置,以适应不同工件的要求。固定镗模座和浮动镗杆装置相配合,改善了远距离孔位的加工性能,技术可行。In order to solve the problem of machining the five sets of holes on front frame of ZL30H loader, a combined borer is home-de-signed and manufactured. The boring power comes from the head-stock of a universal lathe, so the spindle speed could be adjusted in a wide range and satisfactory end face scraping quality is ob-tained. Each power head is arranged in an overlap configuration, so that its relative position can be re-adjusted a certain range to suit different work piece requirements. Structure of fixed die holder matching with floating boring rod improves the machinability of dis-tant holes and the technique is feasible.
