摘　　要：半固态坯料制备是半固态成形技术的关键,其工艺方法多种多样,而又各有优缺点,工艺参数的优化和新工艺的开发是国内外研究的热点之一;总结了近年来半固态坯料制备在国内外的最新进展,从半固态坯料制备工艺的发展历程角度详细分析了各种工艺方法的原理、工艺参数、优缺点和发展前景。Semi-solid blank production is a crucial technology to semi-solid forming. There are many different technologies, but none of them is perfect. The optimization of parameter and the exploitation of new technology are studied by many researchers. The research development of semi-solid blank production has been summarized in this paper, and a particular description of the principle, the parameter, the advantage, the weakness and the foreground of these technologies also has been given in this paper.
