摘  要:为了探讨苎麻纤维、苎麻纱碱处理对苎麻芳纶摩擦纺包芯纱和复合纱性能的影响,采用室温碱法对苎麻纤维、苎麻纱进行处理;并介绍了高强高模的连续芳纶纤维作为芯纱,苎麻芳纶摩擦纺包芯纱的工艺。对比分析了碱处理后包芯纱和混和纱性能的变化。经测试认为碱处理降低了复合纱的性能,而增加了苎麻芳纶摩擦纺包芯纱性能。To discuss the influence of alkali treatment of ramie fiber and ramie yarn on ramie aramid friction spinning core-spun yarn and complex yarn, ramie fiber and ramie yam were treated by room temperature alkali treatment. Processing of ramie aramid core-spun yarn which heart yarn is high strength high modulus aramid filament, The performance change of core-spun yarn and blended yarn after alkali treatment were compared. The test shows that alkali treatment can reduce the performance of complex yarn and increase the performance of ramie aramid friction spinning corespun yarn.
