摘　　要：分析并构建了防空C3I系统效能的指标体系,提出采用云理论进行效能分析的模型及实现步骤,并通过实例验证了该方法的有效性,得出了较为科学合理的结论.The index system of effectiveness evaluation for air defense C3I system is analyzed and constructed. A model and implementation steps which are based on cloud theory are presented. The validity of the method is proved by an example, and scientific conclusion is got.
