摘　　要：阐述了大型高压电动机的启动方式,分析了电动机直接全压启动的危害性。对开关变压器式高压电动机软启动装置的原理加以说明,将不同软启动方式的特点进行了比较分析。The way to starting a large - scale high voltage motor was discussed and the fatalness of direct starting at peak voltage was also analyzed. The principle of a switch - transformer type high voltage soft electrical starter was introduced and the comparison and analysis of features to different kinds of soft starting were done as well in the paper.
