摘  要:桉树是优质速生丰产树种,在我省已广泛引种栽培,但低温成为限制其北移的主要因素.利用气相色谱仪定量分析桉树叶片中细胞膜脂肪酸的成分和季节变化规律.结果表明:桉树叶片中的脂肪酸组分主要有棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸;低温有利于不饱和脂肪酸的形成和IU FA值的提高;抗寒力强的种类本身不饱和脂肪酸含量高,IU FA值也较高,且变化幅度相对较大.Eucalyptus has the characters of fast growing and fertility, cultivated widely in Hunan Province, but low temperature is the primary factor to limit its northern cultivation. We have quantitatively analyzed in this paper the compositions and seasonal variations of membrane fatty acids in leaves of Eucalyptus with gas chromatograph. The results show that the majority of fatty acids in leaves of Eucalyptus were palmitic acid (C16 : 0), palmitoleic acid (C16 : 1), stertic acid (C18 : 0), oleic acid (C18 : 1), linoleic acid (C18 : 2) and linolenic acid (C18 : 3). Cold temperature was advantageous to forming unsaturated fatty acids and enhancing IUFA. The species with strong cold hardiness can resist cold temperature because they have more unsaturated fatty acids and high IUFA value.
