福来星胶囊对大鼠的长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：福来星胶囊是一种新型纯天然降血尿酸药，为对该药的安全性作出评价，进行了大鼠的长期毒性实验。结果表明：未见动物出现外观、行为体征、体重增长、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、肝肾功能的异常改变，也未见１２种脏器组织的病理学改变。Capsule Fulaixing was a new pure natural drug which could drop hyperuricemia.Experiment of Long-term toxicity on rat were done in order to evaluate its safety.The result showed that no abnormal changes on outward appearanee,behaviour,physical sign,increasing of weight,index of hematology and biochemical criterion of blood,function of liver and kidney were found,and no pathological change were also found on 12 viscera tissue.
