摘　　要：建立了基于PS法的金融体系稳健性的综合评价方法,评价分析显示我国金融体系的稳健性较差,主要在于制度因素和效率因素水平落后;金融体制市场化改革的效果不明显,我国仍为明显的政府主导型金融模式,呆、坏帐的产生和处理对于金融效率的影响巨大,问题不容忽视。In view of ＂Chinese financial crisis is unavoidable＂, this article advanced an integrated evaluation of soundness of financial system based on possibility-satisfactory method. Analysis on the soundness of financial system indicated that it was very weak in China, and far lags behind the other countries investigated in this article. It is owing to drawbacks of system building and financial efficiency in China, and the performance of financial reform was not effective, and the financial sector is still of government-leading mode. The treatment of bad loan of state-owned commercial bank influenced the financial efficiency significantly. It is severe.
