心泰康颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察心泰康颗粒防治冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将患者48例(辨证为寒凝血瘀证)随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别口服心泰康颗粒和冠心苏合丸,连用4周;记录症状、血压、心率、舌象、脉象、心绞痛发作情况,以及硝酸甘油用量变化;治疗前后分别检测心电图、血尿便常规、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和肝、肾功能。结果心泰康颗粒可显著缓解寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,降低心绞痛的发作频率和扩血管药物的含服率,无明显毒副作用,对心电图和血脂无明显影响。结论心泰康颗粒能有效防治冠心病心绞痛发作,提高患者的运动耐量,疗效确切,无毒副作用,是临床防治冠心病心绞痛、心肌梗死的有效复方中药制剂。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Xintaikang Granule (心泰康颗粒) on Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris.Methods:48 patients were randomly and blindly assigned to the treatment group and the controlled group.The patients in the treatment group received orally Xintaikang Granule,and those in the controlled group orally Guanxinsuhe Pill(冠心苏合丸),for 4 weeks,respectively.Recored the clinical symptom,electrocardiogram.And the levels of GOT,GPT,BUN,Cr,TC,TG,HDL-c in blood were measured before and after the treatment.Results:Xintaikang Granule not only reduced significantly the frequency of angina episode and the daily consumption of nitroglycerin,but also could remarkable improve the patient′s clinical symptom.Conclusion:Xintaikang Granule is an effective and safe Chinese medicine in treating Coronay Heart Disease with Angina Pectioris.
