摘　　要：目的探讨病案储存年限各期的特点,为病案的合理管理提供理论依据。方法根据病案的储存年限和病案利用率,建立log线性模型。结果病案储存年限各期的病案利用率是不同的。结论对不同期的病案采取不同的储存方式和管理办法。Objective To explore the new management methods of hospital medical record by investigating its reference frequency during the reservation time. Methods The log linear model is made from the reservation time and the reference frequency. Results The reference frequency is different among the different medical record with varied reservation time. Conclusion It is suggested that varied reservation methods should be taken for the hospital medical record with different reservation time.
