摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定清肺抑火片中栀子苷的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；以水-乙腈（85：15）为流动相；检测波长为238nm；流速为0．8ml／min。结果：栀子苷在0．1504-0．7520μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9995）；平均回收率为99．6％，RSD为1．1％。结论：本法快速、准确、重现性好，可用于清肺抑火片中栀子苷的含量测定。CT Object： An HPLC method was developed for the determination of geniposide in Qingfei yihuo tablets. Methods： The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Diamonsil Cis column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）with the mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile （85： 15,v/v）. Detection wavelength was set at 238 nm; The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. Results： The linear range were 0.150 4 -0.752 0 μg （ r = 0.999 5 ） ; The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion： The method was rapid, accurate and reproducible. It was suitable for the content detemination of geniposide in Qingfei yihuo tablets.
