摘　　要：以津沪铁路某提速工程混凝土开裂事故为例,对混凝土裂缝的原因进行分析,指出混凝土浇筑施工工艺与养护措施不当是产生混凝土裂缝的主要原因,在此基础上提出了相应的应对措施。Taking the incident of concrete cracks in the speeding-up project of the railway from Tianjin to Shanghai as an example,some analysis of the cause of concrete cracks is made. It is pointed out that the chief cause of the concrete cracks is inappropriate crafts of pouring concrete and protection measures, and on the basis of such a conclusion, the countermeasures are put forward.
