摘  要:以高温固相反应法合成了复合氧化物陶瓷SrCe0.9Ho0.1O3-α。粉末XRD结果表明,该陶瓷样品为单一斜方相钙钛矿型结构。采用交流阻抗谱和氢浓差电池方法研究了样品在600-1000℃下湿润氢气中的质子导电性能。结果表明,在氢气气氛中600-1000℃范围,陶瓷样品质子迁移数约为1,几乎是一个纯质子导体,质子电导活化能为61.0kJ·mol^-1,最大质子电导率为1.6×10^-2S·cm^-1,该样品在此实验条件下还具有良好的化学稳定性。Proton-conducting SrCe0.9HO0.1O3-α ceramics was prepared by high-temperature solid state reaction. X-ray powder diffraction patterns show that the ceramics is of a single orthorhombic phase of perovskite-type SrCeO3. Using the ceramics as solid electrolyte and porous platinum as electrodes, the protonic conduction in the ceramics was investigated by using ac impedance spectroscopy and gas concentration cell methods in the temperature range of 600 - 1000 ℃. The results show that the protonic transport number of the sample is close to unity and it is almost a pure protonic conductor with the maximum protonic conductivi- ty of 1.6 x 10^-2 S·cm^-1, and the activation energy for the protonic conduction is 61.0 kJ· mol^-1 In addition, the sample exhibits high chemical stability in hydrogen atmosphere.
