摘　　要：针对某化肥厂20t/h循环流化床锅炉运行过程中存在的过热器超温,飞灰含炭量高以及冒黑烟等问题,通过对锅炉运行的调试,找到了问题的原因,提出了相应的解决方法,对今后继续开发和使用循环流化床锅炉具有一定的现实意义.In this paper introduce we the shakedown process of a 20t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, analyzes the reasons of these problems such as super heater overheating and higher fly ash carbon content during the course of operation, puts forward counter measure. This paper will have practical meaning for continuing to develop and use circulating fluidized bed boiler for the future.
