摘 要:目的观察心安颗粒对缺血家兔心室肌细胞电生理效应的影响。方法将24只标准正常家兔平均分为3组:心安颗粒小剂量组给予心安颗粒每次0.85g/kg,生理盐水40m l稀释溶解后灌胃,3次/d;大剂量组给予心安颗粒每次3.4g/kg,生理盐水40m l稀释溶解后灌胃,3次/d;对照组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,连续处理10天后备用。然后采用静脉注射垂体后叶素(2.5 U/kg,1次/d)的方法造成心肌缺血模型,5分钟后分别记录各组家兔单相动作电位(m onophon ic action poten tia l,M AP)及心电图(ECG)。结果心安颗粒预处理对缺血家兔心室肌的APD50、APD90有显著延长作用(P<0.05);对缺血家兔心室肌的APA、VMAX有显著增加作用(P<0.05)。结论心安颗粒预处理可以延缓和减轻缺血家兔模型的心肌细胞动作电位的表现特征。Objective To observe the electrophysiological effect of Xin'an granule on ventricular muscle of ischemia rabbits. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into three groups with 8 rabbits in each group. Myocardial ischemia model was made by intravenous injection of hypophysin(2.5 U/kg,once a day) The rabbits in small dose group were treated by 0. 85g/kg of Xin'an granule solved in 40 ml NS three times per day. Those in large dose group were treated by 3.4g/kg of Xin'an granule solved in 40 ml NS three times per day. The rabbits in control group were only treated by the same capacity of NS. Ten days later, the monophonic action potential (MAP) and electrocardiogram of each rabbit were recorded. Results The myocardial APD 50 and APD 90 of ischemia rabbits were obviously extended by Xin'an granule(P〈0. 05); moreover, the action potential amplitude (APA) and the VMAX of myocardial ischemic rabbit were significantly increased by Xin'an granule(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The MAP characters of rabbits are retarded and alleviated by Xin'an granule on the myocardial ischemia condition.
