摘　　要：电子化物流是伴随着电子商务快速发展而出现的物流新模式,代表着物流业未来发展的方向。本文从分析物流的定义和发展的新特征入手,给出了电子化物流的定义,提出了电子化物流的体系结构,探讨了电子化物流发展的驱动力,最后指出了电子化物流背景下物流服务提供商的六种新角色。E- logistics is a new mode of logistics following the rapid development of E- commerce, which indicates the direction of modem logistics in the future. This paper, beginning with analyzing the definition and the new ters of logistics, gives the definition of E- logistics, and puts forward the system structure of E- logistics, discusses the driving force of the development of E - logistics, and at last, points out six new roles of logistics service providers against the background of E - logistics.
