摘  要:本研究的目的是评定一种新型含有氟碳气体微泡的造影剂-FX430和FX530经静脉注射后能否产生心肌对比作用。在6条开胸犬分别注射经声振处理含有室内空气和氟碳气体的微泡造影剂。在每次注射后测量心肌视频密度峰值,并视觉观察心肌显影程度。静脉注射造影剂未产生血流动力学变化,未见有意义的副作用。每次静脉注射氟碳造影剂均可产生视觉可见的心肌显影,而空气微泡无一次注射产生心肌显影。定量分析显示,FX430和FX530产生较高的心肌视频密度(39±16比3±2,p<0.0001)。结论:静脉注射FX430和FX530可产生恒定的心肌对比作用,且十分安全。The objective of this study was to determine whether a new contrast agent could produce myocardial contrast after intravenous injection of perflurocarbon microbubbles(FX430 and FX530).In 6 open-chest dogs,intravenous injections of dextrose albumin sonicated with either room air or perfluorocarbon were given under baseline conditions. Background-subtracted anterior myocardial peak videointensity was measured and visi ble myocardial opacification was assessed after each injection.The intravenous contrast medium the doses given produced no hemodynamic changes and no significant side effects. Visually evident myocardial contrast was obtained in all injections of the perfluorocarbon microbubbles but not in any injection of the room air microbubbles. FX430 and FX530 created much higher myocardial videointensity than room air microbubbles(39±16 vs 3±2,p<0.0001).Conclusion:Intravenous injections of FX430 and fx530 can safely produce consistent myocardial ultrasound contrast.
