职业运动员劳务问题经济学研究现状及发展趋势

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,对国内外关于职业运动员劳务问题的经济学研究状况进行综述和对比分析,并对今后国内相关研究的发展趋势作出预测。结果表明:国外对职业运动员劳务问题的经济学研究开始于20世纪中叶,研究主体多为经济学家,研究内容较宽泛,多注重实证研究;国内研究起步晚,发展较快,研究主体多为体育工作者,高层次理论研究和深入的实证研究成果较缺乏。随着我国体育职业化改革的不断深入,今后将有更多的学者参与到职业运动员劳务问题研究中来,研究主题更加多样、研究方法更加科学,一大批高层次研究成果将会涌现。Applying documentary and logical analyses methods, this paper analyzed the economic research present state on the labor problems of professional athletes, and forecasts the developing tendency of the relative research on the issue in future. The analysis result indicated that economic research on professional labor issues appears in the 1950s of 20th century, the researchers are mostly the economist, the research content is broad, research real diagnosis research method is widely applied; The domestic relative research starts late, the researchers are mostly the sport workers, the high level fundamental research and the thorough real diagnosis research was lack. With the development of professional reformation, more and more scholars will take part in the relative research, the research content will be more diverse, the research technique will be more scientific, and quantities of high-levels research results will emerge.
