摘　　要：现有的投资项目评价方法主要从不同方面反映了投资项目对国家、社会和环境的影响和效果,却没有反映投资项目对企业(投资主体)发展战略的影响,忽视了投资项目的战略价值,因而需要从企业角度讨论投资项目对企业的发展战略产生的影响以及如何评估和量化这种影响。Existing methods of evaluation of investment projects has reflected the impact and effectiveness of investment projects on national, social and environmental from the main reflecting different aspects, but not reflected the effectiveness on enterprise and ingored the stategic value. So we should discuss the investment projects effectiveness on enterprise and how to quantify the impact from the perspective of enterprise.
