摘　　要：体闲农业旅游是旅游方式由传统观光型向新兴的休闲度假型转变的一个重要标志,是观光农业旅游的高级形式。由于社会的发展,人们消费观念和水平的变化以及休闲农业旅游自身的特点和功能,休闲农业旅游将呈现两种发展趋势,一种朝综合化、规模化、大型化的方向发展,另一种则是朝特色化、精致化的方向发展。因此,我国在发展休闲农业旅游产业时应提高认识、转变观念,因地制宜、科学规划,突出特色、打造精品,加强管理、提高质量,走政府主导、村民参与,依靠科技进步的可持续发展之路。The leisure agri - tourism marks the change of the tourism pattern from the traditional sightseeing tourism to the new leisure and holiday one, which is an advanced form of the agricultural tourism. With the society development, changes of people＇s consuming ideas and levels, and the features and functions of leisure agri -tourism ,there will be two trends of the development of leisure agri - tourism ：one is towards integration and scale,the other is towards specialization and prettifieation. Therefore, in the course of developing leisure agritourism, we should improve our understanding, change traditional ideas, make plans scientifically, strengthen management, and improve quality. With the government＇s leading and villagers involvement, the leisure agri -tourism should also rely on the progress of science and technology and maintain sustainable development.
