摘　　要：在分析国有森工企业生态林业建设存在问题的基础上,阐述了国有森工企业生态林业资本运营的现实意义,提出了改革传统的生态林运作体制、实行企业化经营、建立林木资本金制度、建立和完善政府投入为主的生态林业筹融资机制、积极尝试生态林业资金市场筹集方式等国有森工企业实行生态林业资本运营的具体建议。This article attempts to analyze the issues of capital operation in state - owned forestry enterprises. The importance of ecology forestry capital operation in state - owned forestry businesses is highlighted. It is suggested that the traditional ecology forestry operation should be changed. The comments on how to implement the new ecology forestry operation are given to the forestry practitioners.
