摘　　要：本文试用社会心理学中有关“社会态度”和“社会沟通”理论,对高校图书馆员与读者之间发生的一些矛盾进行分析,同时提出解决的思路。Trying to use the theory of social attitude and social communication in social psychology, this paper analyzes some contradiction occurs between librarians and users in academic libraries, and some methods to deal with the contradiction are given at the same time.
