摘　　要：为了能够及早、准确地发现铁路设施的事故隐患,提高铁路设施管理者的管理水平及工作效率,设计开发了港口铁路设施动态管理系统。该系统使用简单、界面友好,处理基础数据的能力强,为铁路设施管理工作迈向科学化、正规化提供了极大的帮助。In order to discover the hidden danger of the railway facihties promptly and accurately and increase the railway manager＇s level and work efficiency, the port railway facilities dynamic management system is designed.The system is easy to be used and has friendly interface,it also has strong ability to deal with the base data.h provides a good help for the scientization and regularization of railway facilities management.
