摘　　要：对应用重组N蛋白抗原检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗体的EL ISA诊断方法的主要成分(抗原包被板、酶标二抗、阳性血清、阴性血清)及组装成的试剂盒的保存条件进行了摸索。分别用5种方法对抗原包被板处理,结果表明用真空包装机抽真空后充入氮气法处理效果最好;酶标二抗在酶标抗体保存液中保存,能很好地保持EL ISA测定结果的稳定性。对其他试剂盒组成成分的保存期分别测定后,组装成试剂盒,测定试剂盒的保存期为12个月。In spite of many factors influence on the results of ELISA kits,the storage condition of the kits is the most important one. The storage conditions of the kit include its components ,e. g. the plates coated by recombinant N protein,diluted HRPO rabbit anti-porcine conjugate,the control positive/negative serum el al,were explored. The plates were dealt with five different methods ,with the full of nitrogen postvaccum to be the best for reserving the capability of the kits. It was shown that the kit could be stored for 12 months at 4 C. An inexpensive,rapid ,specific diagnostic assay has been developed ,which provides an available technique for the diagnosis and serological survey of PRRS, and a good fundament for the further commercial development of the kit.
