摘 要:采用SPA菌体花环法、间接ELISA法和免疫组织化学法检测毒害艾美耳球虫(E.necatrix)感染雏鸡后,其血液免疫球蛋白含量、B细胞和免疫器官抗体生成细胞数量的动态变化。结果发现:①E.necatrix感染雏鸡后10d血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量均开始增加,16~18d达到峰值;②感染雏鸡法氏囊、脾脏等免疫器官的抗体生成细胞数量于7~21d不同程度增加,14~18d达最高峰。结果表明,雏鸡体液免疫在抵抗E.necatrix感染中也发挥重要作用。In t his study, staphytococcal protein A (SPA) rosette test, indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunohistochemistry were used to research the dynamic changes of the content of immunoglobulin(Ig) G, IgM, IgA,the number of B cell in blood ,and antibody-produclng cells in immune organs of chicks injected with E. necatrix. The results were as follows :①The numbers of B cell and the content of IgG,IgM ,IgA in blood increased 10th day postinfection(PI). The number increased significantly in a peak around 16-18 days PI.②The nu'mbers of antibody-producing cells in immune organs increased 7-21 days Pl,with a peak on the 14th - 18th PI respectively. The results indicated that the humoral immunity also made an important role in the chicks injected with E. necatrix.
