摘  要:测试了电沉积溶液温度和阴极电流密度变化时电沉积铁箔的磁滞回线。通过铁箔的金相组织观察,电沉积过程的电化学行为及铁箔的EDAX分析,探讨了电沉积工艺参数对铁箔磁性能影响的内在原因。结果表明:阴极电流密度增大时,电成型铁箔的矫顽力增大,最大磁导率降低;电沉积溶液温度提高时,铁箔的矫顽力降低,磁导率增大;在650℃经过真空退火后的铁箔矫顽力降低,最大磁导率提高。The magnetic hysteresis curve of iron foil prepared by electrodeposition in different cathodic current densities and temperature was tested. The effect of different electrodeposited conditions on magnetic performance of iron foil was examined by means of optical microscope and EDAX of iron foil and electrochemical behavior analyzing of electrodeposited process. The re-suits show that the coercive force of iron foil is reduced and the maximal permeability is increased with the cathodic current densities increasing. While at higher temperature, the coercive force is increased and the maximal permeability is reduced. After vacuum annealing at 650℃, the coercive force of iron foil is reduced and the maximal permeability is increased.
