对西北地区我院毕业学员政治素质的考察

摘　　要：从我院近几年分配到西北地区雷达兵部队工作的毕业学员的调查表明,在他们身上,老传统还在、老问题还有、新气象可喜、新困惑堪忧.为此,我院的政治素质教育,要建构适应雷达兵需要的军旅文化,要注意培养学员具体参与基层军事、政治和文化生活的能力.The political quality of our college graduates served in radar operator troops in the northwest region displays the following basic features： some good old traditions still exist but old weaknesses are still there, new appearance being gratifying but new problems being worrying. Therefore, It is concluded that the political quality education in our college should aim to building the army culture that radar operator troop needs, and put an emphasis to training the capability of cadets taking part in some army, political and cultural activities at the basis level.
