湖南人文科技学院学生体质现状的研究

摘　　要：为了了解我校学生的体质状况,及时改进学校的体育工作,对湖南人文科学院2002级和2003级学生的体质进行了测量。对测量的第一手数据进行统计分析,发现我校学生体质要好于全国平均水平。经过对比研究,发现高年级学生体质不如低年级,心肺机能、力量呈下降趋势,身高标准体重没有明显差异。造成这一结果的主要原因是学生锻炼缺乏自觉性。In order to realize the constitution status of the students and ameliorate the physical education works in our institution,, we have measured the health status of the students in Grade 2002 and 2003. The results showed that the body constitution of the students in our school were a little higher than the nation＇ s average level. But the body constitution of senior students was worse than the juniors, the main differences lay in heart - lung function and strength, while the stature and avoirdupois were not evidently different. The main cause of this result should be lack of conscious exercises.
