自然流产的免疫性因素与中医药治疗

摘　　要：本课题对135例自然流产患者(排除了遗传、感染、子宫异常等因素)进行了免疫学检测。揭示夫妇间HLA相容性增加,封闭抗体不足,可能是造成流产的原因。根据辨证,这些患者多表现为脾肾两虚。据此拟定了以健脾补肾为主的助孕3号丸。治疗后,再次妊娠21例,妊娠成功率95.24％,MLC封闭效应呈总体上升趋势。提示助孕3号丸能提高免疫功能,促进封闭抗体的形成,是治疗免疫性自然流产的有效方剂。Immunologic tests were carried out in 135 women with his tory of spontaneous abortion, who were not with chromosomal abnormality, infection of genital, uterus malformation and so on. The results showed that more compatibility of HAL, less blocking antibody should be the cause of spontaneous abortion. Based on the differentiation of the patterns, most of these patients showed vacuity of spleen and kidney. A herbal formula, Zhuyun Pill I was worked out and applied to the patients, which had the effects of fortifying spleen and supplementing kidney. After treatment, the blocking antibody was more and 20 women were success in subsequent pregnancy, only 1 woman was reported abortion again. The effective rate was 95.24%. It was suggested that Zhuyun Pill I was an effective drug to improve immunologic function and the produce of blocking antibody, and to treat immunological spontaneous abortion.
