摘  要:目的:跟踪检验使用长达8年之久的进口Theratron公司生产钴60放射治疗设备机械参数的不确定度,探索钴60治疗机机械误差、质控检测方法和QA要求。方法:对我科使用的Theratron公司生产钴60治疗机每周对设备进行质控检测,尤其注重机械方面,统计和分析检验的结果。结果:全年50周工作日所检测机器的机械等中心未发现误差超标,灯光野等中心误差发生率为19次(误差标准均为1mm直径球体);光距离刻度指示的误差次数达6次,其余项目的误差发生率均≤4次。结论:所检进口Theratron公司生产钴60治疗机一般情况下,设备的机械等中心每半年检验一次即可,但修理机头准直器后必须重新校准;更换灯光器件时,灯光野等中心、光距离刻度指示的精度每周应检验1-2次,及时校正;其余项目应每1-2个月至半年检测一次,必要时需作调整校准。提出必要的检验项目和检查的频率,各放疗中心应对本中心使用的设备进行定期检验和校正,并可据此制定适合本单位实际情况的QA检验规范和指标,以保证常规放射治疗的精度。Objective: To investigate parameter of the Mechanism of Cobalt Radiotherapy Equipment for T780 & Phoenix by used 8 years. To explore the error of the mechanism and methods of check and quality assurance request of the cobalt radiotherapy equipment. Methods: TO stat and analyze result of check up in every weeks for t780e and phoenix. Results: Mechanism physical problem of radiotherapy equipments were not found of QA check. Light field problem were found in 3.Optical distance indicator problem were found in 6 mistakes and error in prescription were found to be 6%. Conclusion: Center error of Mechanism of Cobalt Radiotherapy Equipment were little (≤ 1mm ). Usually, Check once were finish in every year. But need emendation mistake after repair for head of equipment.
